What version does this site target?
Version 1.0, released September 15, 2026. Older version numbers remain only where they provide useful update history.
Is Dragonwilds still in Early Access?
No. Version 1.0 is live on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2.
How many players can join?
Ordinary co-op is supported, and official dedicated servers currently support up to six players.
Are dedicated servers available?
Yes. The free Steam dedicated-server tool supports 64-bit Windows and Linux, home or cloud hosting, and managed hosting.
What is the current server memory requirement?
Jagex specifies 2 GB plus 1 GB per player, so six players require 8 GB for the game server before operating-system headroom.
What port does a dedicated server use?
UDP 7777 by default. Additional instances increment the port.
What regions are live?
Brynmoor, Ghornfell, Fellhollow, Dowdun Reach, Umbral Sands, and the end-game Scorned Wilderness.
Which skills are live?
Agility, Artisan, Attack, Construction, Cooking, Farming, Fishing, Magic, Mining, Ranged, Runecrafting, and Woodcutting.
Is Agility live?
Yes. Agility arrived in version 0.12.1 with passive running XP, six timed courses, shortcuts, and movement rewards.
Does Dragonwilds support crossplay?
Yes. Hosted worlds and dedicated servers can enable crossplay in version 1.0, and crossplay worlds appear in the world browser.
How do invite codes work?
Enter an invite code in the world browser. A host can find the active world's code in the in-game pause menu.
Does Nintendo Switch 2 support crossplay?
Jagex's 1.0 launch notes describe crossplay as a launch-wide feature and list Switch 2 among the live platforms. The host still chooses whether each multiplayer world enables crossplay.
Is Dragonwilds on Game Pass or PlayStation Plus?
Yes. It launched through Xbox Game Pass and PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium.
What does Dragonwilds cost after launch?
Jagex kept the standard price at £24.99 or $29.99 for version 1.0.
Can I use my Steam copy in the Jagex Launcher?
No. Steam and the Jagex Launcher are separate purchase platforms.
What happened to Wardshield?
Version 0.12 removed Wardstones and Wardshield. Damage now goes directly to health, Constitution shrines raise maximum health, and food restores health.
Where do checklist and skill data go?
They are stored only in this browser's local storage and do not require an account.
